Our residential builders services include full service landscape, irrigation, drainage and sod installation. Our full service warranty department provides additional satisfaction to the home buying experience.
Please note: Our company does not perform custom home work or perform 3rd party residential repairs. We focus on contract work with home builders for planned communities and subdivisions. Our repair work is primarily warranty work for installations performed by Choate USA.

- Dedicated and highly experienced builder foremen and crews averaging over 15 years with Choate USA. We do not use contract installers.
- Warranty specialist / Call Center. ( In-house bilingual call center staffed Monday through Friday 12 hours a day with a 24 hr emergency line and in-house dedicated repair technicians.
- We only use commercial grade irrigation controllers and products. Choate USA is a “Preferred” Hunter Industries Installer.
- High quality nursery / grower relationships with proven sod, plant material and tree products. All delivered fresh for the highest quality installation and appearance.
- Municipality Experts: Comprehensive knowledge of each municipalities irrigation and landscape building codes.
- In-house Computer Aid Drafting “CAD” specialist for city permitting and inspections.
- Territory Managers which are dedicated to the oversight of each installation and interface with home builder representatives.
- Quality Checks are performed upon completion for each and every installation by Territory Managers.
